Designed to provide you with the tools of today’s customer service and inside sales professional, this course covers the requirements of success – database and list development, POS and reporting systems, credit card, fulfillment and compliance administration, and government regulations. Customer service skills as they apply to inside sales (effective phone and e-mail practices, wine passion and storytelling, club and event sales, handling objections and problem solving) and ongoing business development are the core competencies that are highlighted. WISE Customer Service Professionals develop confidence in their wine knowledge and tasting ability while also building strong sales and customer service skills. Successful completion of this course will result in earning a WISE Customer Service Professional Certificate, Level I.
