Let us bring WISE to you. With over 150, 8-hour days of content, we can tailor a training session that fits perfectly to your team, to your winery, wherever you are.

Our WISE teammates are available for WISE DTC Leadership and Executive coaching, team training, consulting and advisory services.

Our research tells us that to change adult behavior, six hours or more is needed. WISE can create any length of training, and can be presented in a schedule that works for attendees (over one full day, 2-hour segments over multiple weeks, etc.). Costs vary depending on training time.

Cohort Training – maximum group size of up to 6 team members (multiple groups can happen concurrently, but separately)

The concept of the cohort is to work with the team on their areas of opportunity (we’ll get feedback and metrics from you on each if possible as well as their own feedback) and meet for one hour a week/every other week. Each session the group will meet and discuss areas of opportunity and be introduced to a few new concepts. At the end of each session, each attendee is asked to do homework that they are willing to commit to, based on the topics of the sessions and on something they feel they can improve on. At the start of each follow-up session, attendees are asked to report on what worked and what didn’t happen before we move on to more topics.

The program helps them focus on areas of opportunity with their own willingness to try things (homework) and then report back (held accountable).

Team Training Costs: recommended for groups over 10

  • 8 hours/Full Day = $7,500 + pp fee**
  • 6 hours = $6,000 + pp fee**
  • 4 hours/Half Day = $4,500 + pp fee**

**Variable Program Cost ($50 / attendee in person or $20 / attendee virtual)

Cohort Training Costs:
Based on maximum of 6 per group/cohort:

  • Frontline:
    • 4 cohort* sessions (one hour per week) = $2,000
    • 6 cohort* session (one hour per week) = $2,750
  • Management:
    • 4 cohort* sessions (one hour per week) = $3,000
    • 6 cohort* session (one hour per week) = $4,500

* prices based on Zoom – otherwise travel & mileage fees will be applied
