WISE is excited to offer Tasting Room Best Practices to wineries in the Willamette Valley. This full day workshop is great for anyone working the tasting room this summer, from new hires with no tasting room experience to managers and leads. We will cover topics such as:
Customer service skills - the importance of a great greeting, surprise & delight, showing knowledge & passion, and more
Fundamental sales skills - strive to get the WISE Triple Score with every guest: ask for sale, invite to join wine club, and encourage ongoing communication by collecting contact data. We’ll dive into how and why.
Advanced sales skills - move past a scripted presentation and learn to include more dialogue by asking open ended questions to tailor experiences, sell benefits (not just features), noticing buying signals, and more.
