But how successful are they in converting those calls into cash? How is it measured? In this course, our instructors will help increase your odds of success by teaching your team the psychology of sales, how to craft re-usable scripts, and how to overcome the obstacles to closing sales. They will also share measurement best practices so you can monitor results and take corrective action as needed to achieve your revenue goals. Successful completion of this course will result in earning a WISE professional Certificate as a Outbound Phone Sales Professional.
In this advanced course, sales professionals will become master revenue generators by deepening their knowledge in the following areas:

In order to receive certification for this course, attendees will also need to complete WISE #112 Inside Sales Professional (course or test out). These requirements can be completed in any order but all requirements must be completed to obtain certification.
