Description
Course Overview
This course focuses on all aspects of strategic wine club management, including club design, member acquisition and retention, and metrics and measures. Emphasis is placed on wine club direct to consumer best practices and integration with other Direct To Customer (DTC) functions at the winery. At the completion of this course, wine club professionals will have the skills they need to build repeatable processes that lead to increased sales and engaged wine club members.
Wine Club Managers will gain skills in the following areas:
- Leading and managing teams
- Goal setting, measurements and accountability
- Managing internal and external relationships
- Operations and crisis management
- Driving change and generating revenue
- Communication and events
Certification Requirements
Wine Club Professional Certification #113, Management Core #201 and Responsible Hospitality Certification. (Can be taken in any order, but must complete these courses to achieve certification for WISE #213)
