This one-day workshop focuses on aspects of strategic wine club management, including member acquisition/retention/loyalty, driving incremental club revenue, and metrics and measures. Emphasis is placed on wine club direct to consumer best practices and integration with other DTC functions at the winery. (Lunch will be provided at Oregon Convention Center, the venue for the workshop.)
