Lesley is an entrepreneur, executive coach and board director with more than 35 years of CEO and leadership experience in the wine industry.

A fourth-generation Napa Valley native from a grape-growing family, Lesley has spent her career building, leading, and advising businesses. She has founded nine ventures, acquired and integrated multiple companies, served on 10 boards, and led organizations through startup, growth, turnaround, succession, and exit.

She is the Co-Founder and Chairman of WISE, a leadership and executive education company serving the wine industry across the U.S. and internationally.

Today, Lesley works with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, boards, and families navigating pivotal moments of growth, transition, and change. She brings the perspective of an entrepreneur and operator, combined with deep experience in governance, family business, executive coaching, and facilitated peer learning.

Lesley is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), where she has held numerous local, regional, and international leadership roles. She holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She and her husband Dan live on a vineyard in the Carneros region of Napa Valley.
