Born and brought up under Wyoming’s wide-open skies, Lesli has always gravitated toward industries where people and place matter. Over the past 20+ years, she has built a career in the luxury wine sector leading some of Northern California’s most respected direct-to-consumer (DTC) programs.

As the founding General Manager of three exclusively DTC brands—Repris Wines, Pangloss Cellars, and Texture Wines—Lesli oversaw all facets of hospitality, sales, marketing, and operations. Under her leadership, the brands grew from launch to over $11M in annual DTC revenue and 14,000–18,000 cases sold per year.

Lesli is known for her strategic clarity, collaborative leadership, and ability to build high-performing teams rooted in accountability, culture, and connection. She brings a multi-generational lens to customer engagement and a people-first approach to brand-building, performance coaching, and long-term growth.

She holds a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Wyoming and an M.A. in Spanish from California State University, Sacramento, and spent a decade teaching Conversational Spanish at Santa Rosa Junior College—an experience that reflects her lifelong love of communication and mentorship.

Lesli currently serves on the boards of the Sonoma Valley Vintners & Growers Alliance and the Sonoma Valley Visitor’s Bureau, and recently completed her term on the Executive Committee of the Moon Mountain District Winegrowers Association.
