DTCWS – WISE Rising Star Symposium Scholarships
Are you ambitious, driven, and ready to accelerate your career or your team’s performance in the DTC wine marketplace? With support from industry partners, WISE is proud to offer THREE Rising Star Scholarships designed to build practical, applied skills — at zero cost to the recipient — in recognition of promising professionals and leaders.
Why WISE?
At WISE, we specialize exclusively in winery-relevant education: sales, operations, finance, leadership, customer experience, and performance measurement. Our programs are developed by people who’ve been there — tasting rooms, wine clubs, outbound sales, metrics, and management — and who know which skills actually move the needle.
Classes are delivered live via Zoom (never pre-recorded), making them accessible from anywhere — yet deeply interactive and collaborative. We believe in learning by doing, so WISE creates a safe, hands-on environment where questions, experimentation, role play, peer exchange, and real-world scenarios are part of every course. You’ll leave not just with concepts, but with confidence, actionable tools, and leadership readiness.
