
Born and raised in the heart of wine country in Healdsburg, CA, Jordan Rudy has spent more than two decades immersed in the wine industry, developing a reputation as a trusted leader in direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy, phone sales, and business growth. His journey began on the frontlines at Michael Schlumberger and Chateau Souverain, where his enthusiasm for hospitality and wine sales was first ignited. He later deepened his industry understanding managing wholesale accounts for Classic Wines of California throughout Sonoma County.
Jordan’s most transformative experience came during his decade-long tenure at VinoPRO, where he advanced from top-performing phone sales rep to Vice President of Business Strategy. Along the way, he built and led high-performing teams, developed innovative sales training programs, and implemented KPIs and financial strategies that drove measurable results for over 100 winery clients nationwide. His deep expertise in phone sales is backed by both results and leadership—personally generating over $1M in DTC sales and coaching others to consistently exceed performance goals through a blend of data-driven strategy and personalized service.
Today, Jordan is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Peak Wine Solutions, where he partners with wineries of all sizes to fine-tune their DTC programs—tasting room, phone, and beyond. He also serves as a coach and instructor for WISE, sharing his expertise in leadership, performance coaching, and phone sales strategy to elevate teams across the country.
Jordan holds an MBA in Wine Business from Sonoma State University. Outside of work, he enjoys life in Santa Rosa with his wife and two sons, exploring the natural beauty and unique culture that make wine country truly special.
